**Terms of Sale: $10,000 non-refundable deposit on Property #1. $5,000 non-refundable deposit on Property #2. 2% Buyer’s Premium added to the final sale price. Balance in Cash or Certified Funds within 30 days when clear & marketable title will be delivered.
