Pursuant to an Order of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County, in proceedings to partition the real property of Lisa Grandelli, George M. Reed, III, and David Scott Reed, I will expose, by way of public vendue or auction on the premises, in the Lewes-Rehoboth Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware, known as Eagles Landing II, Condominium, Unit 2505, and more particularly described in a deed dated February 24, 2012, of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, Delaware, in Deed Book 3976, Page 137, and further described by Sussex County tax map parcel # 3-34-19.00-163.16, Unit 2505.

TERMS OF SALE
Twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price must be paid by the Buyer at the time of the sale. Settlement to occur and the balance to be paid to Kashif I. Chowdhry, Esquire, Trustee, at the law offices of Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A., 116 W. Water Street, P.O. Box 598, Dover, Delaware, on or before September 18, 2015. The twenty percent (20%) down payment made on the day of sale will be treated as part of the purchase price if all the terms of the sale are met; otherwise, it will be forfeited for non-compliance and treated as liquidated damages. Buyer to pay a two percent (2%) buyers premium, the cost of the deed and one-half (½) of all applicable transfer taxes.
